You must have a major credit card to rent.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a motor home.

The name on the rental contract needs to be the person who picks up the rental unit. No relatives and no employees can pick up the unit for you.

There may be up to 2 additional drivers on motor homes as long as we have copies of a valid drivers license.

No towing trailers or boats behind motor homes.

You are responsible for all campground rules and regulations. Any extra equipment required by the campground is your responsibility .

All motor homes must be returned with a full tank of gas. If we have to fill it up there will be an extra 10 cents a gallon fee for our time.

All units must be returned in the same condition they left. If a unit is returned dirty there will be a $100.00 fee. We are tired of spending 2 to 4 hours cleaning units. You are responsible for all parts including awnings, vents, etc.

All motor home rentals require a binder from your insurance policy showing that you are covered on our motor home not your personal vehicle. Mountain State RV, LLC must be listed as the Loss of Payee. If your insurance company will not cover you, then you are required to purchase insurance through MBA Insurance for $15 a day plus a $10.00 processing fee.

You are allowed 5 hours for a 3 night rental and 10 hours on a week rental on the generator in the motor homes. For all extra days you are allowed 2 hours a day on the generator. Any extra hours are $2.50 an hour. You are responsible to pay for generator time whenever you return the unit. The hours are recorded before you leave and again when you return.

All motor home rental get 100 miles a day free. For example, If you rent for 1 week you get 700 miles free. Any extra miles are 33 cents per mile. You are required to pay mileage fees when you return the unit. We record the miles before and after your trip.

For travel trailer rentals - You must have a hitch on your vehicle.
The 18ft and 23ft require a 2 inch ball.
The 26ft and 28ft require a 2 5/16 ball.
Depending on your towing vehicle, you may be required to rent a weight distributing kit for $50.00 if you don't have one. (It distributes the weight off the back of your vehicle to the back wheels of the travel trailer.) Also, all trailers have brakes. You need a brake controller to connect your vehicle brakes to the camper brakes. We rent them for $25.00 if you are already pre-wired from factory.

NO Sunday Returns!!!

If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks prior to your pickup date, you will lose 25% of your security deposit.
1 week prior, you will lose your entire deposit.
